An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Control Room Operator / Mobile Response Team Leader working as part of our Operational Support Team. You will be work within our Control Room based in Barnsley, be part of the Mobile and Response Network with occasional site work. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will work as part of a tight-knit and multi-skilled team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and providing support and monitoring to our out-of-hours teams.
The role offers excellent opportunities for development and progression, and the successful candidate will undergo full training prior to undertaking the role.

Hours available: 48
Shift Pattern: Nights, Days and Weekends as scheduled. Flexibility is required for the role.
Remuneration: Up to £9.00 per hour dependent on experience

We are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, professional and forward thinking Operations Support Manager to join our existing team. Applicants considered suitable for this role should be able to demonstrate that they have proven experience and knowledge of the security industry within the Public & Private sectors.
The role will involve both operational and administrative assistance to the Head of Operations.
The working hours will be flexible as the post holder will be required to work days with occasional evenings and weekends to support the Operational Teams across your portfolio.
