Doyle Security can offer you the chance to become a Control Room Team Leader with an average of 46 hours per week working 12 hour shifts, days & nights including weekends and Bank Holidays, with the chance to gain a CCTV licence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated team player, who can demonstrate their ability to prioritise their workload and work on their own initiative in a fast moving and pressurised environment.

The Control Room is the central hub of the business and as a result, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a busy environment with business-critical deadlines.

We can offer
• Pay £8.75 rising to £9.50 per hour after structured training
• 12 hours shifts on a shift rotation which includes working days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. This roster pattern also includes six (6) days off every six (6) weeks

We need
• SIA License
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts as a Control Room Team Leader
• Full UK Drivers License
• 5 years checkable work history

Control Room Team Leaders are often some the most in demand and well-trained resources at Doyle. In the first few weeks, you will be scheduled for training, build crucial relationships with your teams, focus on developing your knowledge of the sites procedures and policies, learning from your colleagues about what is expected. To be a successful Control room Team Leader you will dedicate time towards updating your knowledge and eventually seek to provide guidance to your colleagues, championing health & safety across the business. Control Room Team Leaders are an active presence at our Head Office, seek out professional development and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
