Owner - Grant Doyle
Grant became sole owner and Director of Shaun Doyle Security Services in 1996 when his father Shaun retired. In the years that followed Grant rebranded the company to Doyle Consultants Ltd to encompass the new technical services the company now offers.
Managing Director - Andrew Nicholson
Since 2001, Andrew has been responsible for the day to day running of the company and oversees all departments. Andrew joined initially as Contracts Manager but was promoted to the post of General Manager as the company rapidly grew. Andrew attributes the company's success to the robust training programme that all our Security Officers must complete.

Office Manager - Maggie Smith
Maggie has worked for the company since 2003 and manages our financial and administration departments. Maggie is also responsible for all aspects of payroll, invoicing and financial matters and the overall performance of all administration and reception staff.
Contracts Manager - Andrew Everitt
Andrew has been with us since 2008 and is responsible for sales and marketing as well as maintaining customer and contract files. In addition to generating further business from new and existing customers Andrew maintains regular contact with all our clients. These service level meetings ensure that we stay at the forefront of industry trends and requirements by offering continuous and meaningful improvements to our services.
Technical Manager - Peter Marshall
Peter manages our Technical Department and has been since 2009. This involves acquiring new business, liaising with all clients and organising the schedules for the installation team. Peter also creates and updates various data bases and spread sheets for the tracking of site information, purchases, equipment returns, customer complaints, customer feedback and site incidents relating to the technical side of the business.

Quality Manager – Paula Ducker
Paula joined the company in December 2010 as the Quality Manager. She is responsible for the company’s health, safety and quality management. Her multi-functional role is to ensure the company maintains its NSI Gold Standard, its SIA approved contractor status and its exceptional level of health and safety. Paula brings to the company a wealth of experience and knowledge from her previous roles in the utilities, transport and training industries.

Operations Manager – Martin Crossland
Martin brings to the company a wealth of experience and knowledge. Having served in the military for 7 yearshe thenworked as a frontline Cash Courier for a national company. Martin successfully worked through the ranks and, for the past 11 years, worked as Operations Manager organising the collection and movement of cash. All of his experience is a great asset in improving and developing our operations team including our Security Officers, Team Leaders and Control Room staff.
Installations Manager - Ricky Marshall
Ricky has been the company's Installlations Manager since 2009 and oversees the company's installation engineers and ensures that all work is carried out to a high standard. This includes CCTV, access control and roller shutters and barriers. Ricky also configures the CCTV transmitters to connect to the company's own monitoring station and ensures the smooth running of all technical and IT equipment.
Human Resources Co-ordinator - Tracy Craft
Tracy joined the company in April 2010 as HR Co-ordinator. Tracy is responsible for recruitment, vetting, disciplinary matters, appraisals, SIA licensing, maintaining and updating absence records, training manuals, terms & conditions of employment, company policies and procedures and all other HR department responsibilities.
OperationsCoordinator - George Burnitt
George joined Doyle Consultants in August 2010 and is responsible for the rostering of over 240 full time and part time security officers. With over 10 years experience in the security industry and having previously worked for a national security company as an Area Manager and Co-ordinator, George brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the company and its clients.

Installation Engineer - David Billingsley
David joined the company inMay 2010 as a CCTV Engineer. He is responsible for assisting the Installation Manager in the effective installation of various pieces of technical equipment. This includes CCTV, Access Control, Roller Shutters, Barriers, Bollards and Parking Posts. David also helps to configure the CCTV transmitters to connect to the company's own 24/7, state of the art, monitoring station.

CCTV Engineer – Don James
Don joined the company in February 2011 as a CCTV Engineer. He is responsible for assisting the Installation Manager in the effective installation of various pieces of technical equipment. Sales Executive - Frank Cartledge
Frank joined Doyle Consultants in the summer of 2011. He brings many years sales experience from a variety of industries, including construction. Frank is responsible for increasing the companies various services by sourcing and developing business from new customers across the whole region.
